Churches Planting Ministries is a ministry initiative of the Evangelical Covenant Church supported by Covenant Ministries of Benevolence. The vision of churches planting ministries is to see every congregation planting ministries of compassion and justice, every ministry seeking God's transformation for the poor and those at risk and every congregation finding renewal as it reaches out with the love of Christ.

The primary administration and development of this ministry initiative will be through the regional conference offices of the Evangelical Covenant Church through the roles of advocacy, grant allocation, consultant/educational resourcing and financial resource development. Covenant Ministries of Benevolence provides expertise and some financial resource to the ministry initiative with the Evangelical Covenant Church strongly supporting life changing ministry initiative.
